Unfortunately, the file and folder backup feature is exclusive to the Home edition. That's a relatively new capability added to Reflect it used to be that moving from Free to paid required uninstalling Free and reinstalling using the installer actually meant for the paid version you had purchased. The point made earlier is that if you have Home, you have the option of installing Free and performing an in-place conversion to a full (paid) version such as Home by entering your license key. I'm not sure what you mean in terms of the "If You Don't Have Home" option. I'm not sure why Macrium delineated things this way, but if you want Home you can use either one. ReflectDL.exe allows you to download Home or Free. ReflectDLFull.exe allows you to download Home, Workstation, Server, or Server Plus.
